- The above rates are net inclusive of transportation from Nuan Thip Pier to Mooban Talay Resort and from the hotel to Nuan Thip Pier.
- There is a THB 400 entrance fee per adult, THB 200 per child (3-14 years) to Samet National Park that has to be paid by the clients directly on the spot every time the clients enter the National Park. Most of the hotels are located in the National Park and this fee is not included in the hotel rates
