som dog 1923. I närheten ligger den 68 m långa torpedbåten

It is in village no. 2. Suan Taeng Subdistrict, 7 kilometers away
from the district center to the south a long Highway 41 go along
Phetkhaseam Road at the cross road there is a sign. It is an asphalt
road along it. This place in one of the most popular in Lamae District.
It happens in nature. There are 3 hot spas here, there are many
kinds of trees. In the vicinity there are big caves with beautiful
stalactites and stalagmites, Buddha effigy is situated for the
tourists to respect it.
Tawan Chai Beach
This beack is in village no. 3, Lamae Subdistrict. Tourists can
get there by car from Phetkasem Road around Thung Sawan section via
Lamae District, then turn left in to a laterite road and go on for
5 kilometers. This place is the large beach. It is the most beautiful
beach in this district is suitable for relaxation.
Amphoe Lang Suan
Somdej Phra Srinakarin Chumphon Park
This park is in village no.8 Tha Phla Subdistrict. It is about 4
kilometers from Lang Suan District. The park is accessible by car.
It is an important Part of Lang Suan District and a good place
for relaxation.

Khao Ngoen cave
This cave is in the same area as the Park . Somdej Phra chulachomklao
Chaoynhua graciously had a pagoda built in front of it. When the
visited Lang Suan for the first time in 1889. The cave's interior
initial looks like a big hall through the top. The cave's wall

Khao Kriab Cave

beach, good weather. It can attract many tourists to visit here
once again. Phithak Island
It is at village no.13, Bang Mam Jued, Subdistrict away from Lang
Suan district about
25 kilometers. There is an asphalt road from
this place to the port, in order to go the island about 1 kilometer.
This island has beautiful rocks and fishing village. When the tied
is low, you can walk from the store to the Island. It is very comfortable
to go to this island.
 Khor Khao Beach
This beach is in Na Phaya, Subdistrict, far away from the south of
Lang Suan District about
15 kilometers. To get there, you can go
by bus along an asphalt road about 5 kilometers and on
A laterite
road for another 10 kilometers.
It is a clean and beautiful beach suitable for tourists nature and
the sea. Next to the beach stands a hill covered with greenery. Thammanimit
Monk residence (Khor Khao Temple) is situated here. In the middle
of these rich natural surroundings, there are a large Buddha effigy
and the largest Kuan Imeffigy in the southern, region.
Lang
Suan Mouth
It is Pak-Nam, Subdisrict about 7 kilometers away from Lang Suan District office.
It is a fishermen community. This place has a ferry service and a fish pier.

Huay
Muang, Pha Ngam, Waterfalls
Two waterfalls are in Huay Muang Village, Nakha Subdistrict. They are about 65
kilometers from the city center.
To get there , you travel along Chumphon-Lang
Suan Road.
Turn Right Nai Muang-village , 10 kilometers before reaching Lang Suan District.
Keep going along a laterite road for another 20 kilometers.
The waterfalls are
beautiful medium size.

Hin-Charng-Sri Waterfall
It is at village no.6 Wang-Ta-Kor, Subdistrict, far away
from Chumphon district to the South, along Asia Road
No.41 about 80 kilometers.
Turn right to the cross road to Pha-Toh District about 5 kilometers
and turn to the way for "Banhong Ra School", along to
the end of this road about
5 kilometers. It is one of beautiful waterfall.
It is also original resource of Lang Suan River.
It is 20 meters
high, At the top , there is a big pool, so there is some water flows
all year around. It is very beautiful especially in the rain season
below it there are many big-small rocks.
People believed that, there
was "Chau Mae Takian" stays at this waterfall. The tourists
who wants to go here, they must worship her in order to safe themselves.
Amphoe Pha Thiew
Khao Chedi
It is located in village no. 7 Bangson Subdistrict, 500 meters northeast
from Pa Thiew District and 800 meters asphalt road up to the hill.Visit
Chedi (pagoda) which is on the top of the hill.

art and respect Pra Thiew Banphot which is next to the Jadee.

Don Ta Then and Don Yai Chee
They are in village no. 7 Bangson Subdistrict far from Khao Jadee
about 500 meters.
Don Ta Then and Don Yai Chee have the mound which
1 meter high, 40 meters. Wide, around with stone bank. The broken
bowls dishes, stone carving flowers were found here, so it is said
that place was the old Pa Thiew District. Khao Plu
This place is located in village No. 3 Chumkho Subdistrict 3 kms.
from Pha Thiew District by
Pa Thiew Mab-um Marit Route. Khao Plu
has 2 caves, Khoa Plu Cave and Nam Rod Cave. The first one in important
because it is about the life of famous learned monk of Chumphon
Province and the south of Thailand. He is Lung Phor Cheep Bunyasaro.
And in this cave there is a monument of him for Thai people to
respect. The last one has a 300 meters long way of water to an
entrance of the cave. There are a lot of bats on the ceiling with
beautiful stalactites and stalagmites.
More over the tourists can
see a hundred of apes which usually live in the deep forest.
Khao Plu Cave
This is a large cave in village no.3,Chumkho Subdistrict 3 kilometers,
north of Pa Thiew Mab-ummarit Route. This cave is on the road side.
It is easy to enter in the cave's interior which has holy pool.

Teen Pet Cave
This cave is in village No.3, Khao Chairat Subdistrict
far from Phet Khasame, Rd.
about 300 meters. The main cave's interior has both
big and small caves, banked clay utensils and animal corpse were
found here. It is said that this place was a community of the old
people before historical age. Sao Luk Muang (the main post of town)
It is located in village no. 1 Pak Klong Subdistrict far away from
Mabummarit railway station about 7 kilometers along asphalt road
to Pak Klong Village and 1 kilometer of a laterite road near Nakhai
temple respect the main post of town which is over 1000 year old.
Tourists can admire view of Thung Maha Bay, too. Khao Meow
Khao Meow is located in village no.3 Thalesub Subdistrict, northwest
3 kms. from pa Thiew District by laterite road. People believe
that place is a magic land and they also believe that there is
mythical metal (Lek Lai) which someone try to get it in the past.
The cave's interior has a pool of holy water and has a seat for
the monk which has the age more than 100 years old. There is a
mystery legend about Khao Meaw that was told later from one to
one Thung Wua Laen Beach
This
beach is in village No.8, Sa Phlee Subdistrict far away 18 kms.
from Pa Thiew District by asphalt
road and 16
kms. from city
center. The name of this beach comes from a legend about a magic
wild bull who, after being subdued by the hunters, came back to live
while being skinned and run away into the forest. So, the hunters
named this beach "Thung Wua Laen" meaning "Running
Bull field." Thung Wua Laen Beach has a slight slope and fine
white sand. It is popular among Thai and foreign tourists. On the
south of the beach near the foot of Phobac Hill lies a diving spot
with reefs around which algae, sponges, marine flowers and species
of fish grow and live. If you get a chance to visit this district
do not overlooks this beach.

Sa Phlee Beach
This
beach is located in village No.4 Chum Kho Subdistrict, 10 kms.
south of Pa Tue District

Beach to the north along asphalt road or far from the city center
by Chumphon Sa Phlee Route about 18 kms. Sa Phlee Beach is near Sa
Phlee Bay where is a large fishing village named "The Samed".
This is a big community that is renowned shrimp paste and fish sauce.
The tourists can buy preserved seafood here.
 Bor Mao Beach
This beach is located in village no. 4 Chum Kho Subdistrict and it
is far away from the district center about 10 kilometers by asphalt
road along the beach. Thaen Peninsula
This peninsula is in village no. 4 Chum Kho Subdistrict, 10 kms from
Pa thiew District which is the same way to Bor Mao Beach, and separated
1 km laterite road from the main road.
Thaen Peninsula is 60 kms.
far from the city center. This peninsula is low hill protruding
into the sea. There is a large stone lawn for you to sit and clearly
observe the view of Bor Mao Bay. Thaen Peninsula is a place where
tourists love to come for a picnic Thung Sarng Bay
Thung Sarng Bay is in village no.5 Chum Ko Subdistrict. To get there,
travel from Patue District office, to the north-east about 18 kilometers,
along an asphalt road, Pa Tue-Bang Chag.
Go along to across road
for 1 kilometer. Besides, this bay has a wonderful view, with white,
clean, sandy beach. By the side of the beach, there are a lot of
shells, and coral reefs.

Kai Island
This island is in front of Hin Kob Bay. It's far from Hin Kob Bay
(Bao Mau Bay) about
6 kilometer. You can get there by boat about
20 minutes. Kai island is one of beautiful sand.
On west of island
has a various underwater stones and coral reefs. It has various fishes
around the island. If you come here, you can enjoy your selves in
many way e.g. diving, fishing Jorakhae Island
This island is in Thung Wua-laen Bay, It's far from thung Wua-laen
Beach about 10 kilometers. From the coast, it takes 30 minutes
by boat. It has a rough sand on the south and a stone beach on
the west of the island. Besides, it has shallow coral reefs, beautiful
sea flowers and various fishes. That are good for fishing and diving.
Veing Island
This island is in Thung Ma-Ha Bay. It's far from a coast about 5
kilometers. It is the biggest island in Pa Tue District. It has a
high mountain which is good for fisherman to take refuge from the
wind or storm. Besides, the island is the place for swallow's nest
concession.3

Tha-lae
Thab Cave
This cave is in village no.4 Tha-lae Thab subdistrict. It's far from
Pa Tue District office to the west. You can go by Phetchakasem Rd.
(Tha Sae-Patue) about 7 kilometers of a crossroad of Phetchakasem
Rd. to the east about 12 kilometers before Pha Tue District.
It is big limestone cave. You can walk through it. It is the location
of Tha-Lae Thub cave Temple. This temple has many big Buddha effigy.
The temple surroundings is peaceful with various trees, you can worship
a Buddha effigy. Phit-sa Darn Cave
This cave is in village no.6 Tha-Lae Thub Subdistrict. It's far from
Phetchakasem Rd.
(Tha-Sae-Pa-Tue about 6 kilometers.) Inside the
cave there are beautiful stalactites and stalagmite that look like
bedroom, kitchen, living room and else. That cave still have a
real nature that worthy to conserve.
Yai Eai Cave
Yai Eai cave is in village no.5 Chum Ko Subdistrict. It's far from
PaTue District office to the northeast about 16 kilometers. The people
believe that there is a magic in the cave.
So the fishermen who live
around this cave respect it very much. This cave has a stone looks
like fence around it Inside the cave, there is a stone looks like
a bed that has a mosquito net at the top. You can see a good view
inside this cave, from this point a beautiful of the blue sea will
be attract your eyes.

Yai Eai Bay
This bay is in village no.5 Chum Ko Subdistrict, Patue District Chumphon
Province. It has a wonderful view on this. It is about 25 meters
high from the sea level. At the mouth of the bay, there is a cave
which has very beautiful stalactites and stalagmites inside. Around
this bay that is 1 meter deep of water. There are a beautiful shallows,
coral reefs, fishes and shells more than 50 kinds. More over there
are rare giant clams in a shallow water. This bay is suitable for
camping, fishing etc.
Lab Laa Cave (Nang Thong Cave)
This cave is in village no.4 bang Son Subdistrict. It's far from
Patue District office to the south about 10 kilometers long to this
cave that stand in the valley. To get there, you have to walk about
500 meters. Inside the cave, it is 600 square meters wide, it is
a marvous cave and has various wonderful of stalactites and stalagmites.
Someone told that this cave looks like Lab Laa cave of Uttaradit
Province.
Chai-ya
Prug Cave
Chai-ya Prug is in village no.8 Kao Chai Rad Subdistrict. It's far from Phetchakasem
Rd. about
1 kilometer and far from Pa Thiew District office about 35 kilometers. You can
go through this cave.
The width of the cave can contain about 300 people. Inside
this cave the beautiful of nature is still completely conversed. |

Thong Cave
This cave is in village no.5 Phag Klong Subdistrict. It's far from
Mab um marit train station about 15 kilometers. And far from Pa
Thiew district office about 40 kilometers. At the beach of thong
Cave, You can touch a fine white sand and a fisherman's village.
The front of thong cave Bay, there is a sunken Japanese ship looks
like a huge dark range under the sea. It's interesting place for
the tourist research.

Nub Lod Cave is in village no.3 Chum Ko Subdistrict.

Thung Yor Waterfall
This waterfall is in village no.11 Chum Ko Subdistrict. It's
far from Pha Thiew District office to the northwest about
14 kilometers.
(It has a square laterite road 7 kilometers) It is a small waterfall
that has many levels. In the rainy season, it has a beautiful fallen
water. This look likes a big fish scale that overlap. Other corner,
it looks like curtain that blows follow off three wind. You can
relax with a cold waterfall.
Thung Ma-ha Bay
Thung Ma-ha Bay is shaped like the half moon. On the east of this
bay, there are many islands such as Vieng Island, Phra Island, Rang
Nok Island. These islands are taken refuge as fishermen's refuge
from the wind. Thung Ma-ha Bay is a shallow water bay, so in some
season people can walk to other island nearby.

Koh Rang Nok
It's far away from Koh Vieng about 2 kilometers and it's
a swallow nest concession island. Khao Kram Cave
It's at village no.7 Ban Moung Thaew, Khao Chai Rat Subdistrict.
It's very wide and deep cave. Inside the cave, there are many beautiful
stalactites and stalagmites blinking when light flashing. A lot
of bats live here. It is very convenient to get there, cars can
be parked in front of the cave.

Characteristics of the sea
Koh Ngam Yai is an island located on East coast of Laem Khao Kwang,
a cape being located
12.5 kilometers from the city of Chumpon. Total
distance from Koh Ngam Yai to Chumpon is
14.5 kilometers. Coral lines in this area are shallow water type so a couple of buoys
are lined from the north to the south to protect intruding into the
coral lines. Meanwhile, some part of the island has no buoy and boat
can sail into the area.

Light shining through level : : Around 3-18 meters
This coral line is suitable for both Snorkeling and Scuba diving. Low Chumpon sea underwater parks are located under the Gulf of Thailand
which is influenced by Northeast Monsoons blowing through the cost
lines especially from Prachuabkirikhan to Narathivas during April-May
causing strong winds and waves in the areas. which sailors should be
aware. At the same time, Andaman coast will be quiet and still. So
Northeast monsoon season is a good season for sightseeing in Andaman
sea until end of April when the wind changes its direction to Southwest
and causes strong winds and waves in Andaman cost lines. Sea site-seeing
season then changes to the Gulf of Thailand until November. Meanwhile,
although the Southwest monsoons makes the Gulf of Thailand suitable
for sight-seeing, travelers still need to be aware and check the weather
forecast for some Southwest monsoons that may blow in before traveling
to the area.
Features
The best area in Koh Ngam Yai to see corals is on the East coast starting
from the South to the North. On the South side, the sea is full of
Fan corallines, Feature corallines, sea flowers and several kinds of
solid corallines i.e. Daisy corallines that add more beauty to corallines
in this area. Third quarter of distance from the starting point to
the Southern coast, the stone level will be lower and become a channel
of stonewalls. If diving through the channel, you will see solid corallines
along the two stonewall. There are some soft corallines too. Besides,
there are sponges, giant clams and schools of fish living among the
coral lines This coral lines is a also a habitat of black corals which,
from its appearance, look yellow but all their branches are completely
black.
2.Koh Ngamnoi undersea park
Characteristics of the sea
Koh Ngam Noi is an island located around 200 meters from South of
Koh Ngam Yai. The coral free line will be on the East and the West
side of the island at dept level around 10-15 meters. Koh Ngam Noi
is a limestone island like Koh Ngam Yai. Most of the island is hills,
which some parts are under water and the cliffs are quite steep.

Depth level : Around 6-20 meters
Light shining through level : : Around 3-18 meters
This coral line is suitable for both Snorkeling and Scuba diving. The best time for visiting the underwater park is end of April to
November, which is Southwest monsoon season that makes Andaman sea

should check weather forecast before traveling to the area. Features
Corals in this area is the same kind as corals in Koh Ngam Yai and
also a habitat of many kinds of fish due to a concession to collect
swallow bird nests which causes strict protection of illegal bird nest
collection and fishing. Therefore, the area is save and becomes a refuge
of all kinds of fish. Besides, the steep cliffs running deep down into
the sea make numerous stone caves and folds suitable for corals and
sea weeds living that make this area look like flower cliffs with schools
of fish swimming through like butterflies and bees in the garden

Hin Pae undersea park
Characteristics
Hin Pae is a rock under water, 1 kilometer to the North of Koh Ngam
Yai. It looks like an underwater mountain with top emerging from the
sea. Along the mountain are caves and folds inhabited by corallines
like a forest on the land.

Light shining through level : : Around 5-18 meters
This coral line is suitable for both Snorkeling and Scuba diving. Low Chumpon sea underwater parks are located under the Gulf of Thailand,

are alcoves like valley with crowded black corals waving their branches

East side of the park is an open sea where schools of big fish can
be found, some lying still under the fold.

4.Hin Lak Ngam undersea park
Characteristics of the sea
Hin Lak Ngam is an underwater rock like Hin Pae. Looking from the
water top, it is not a big rock. However, when diving down, it can
be called a mountain. Diving in this area is not diving at sea floor
level but diving along undersea hills and rocks. Some parts of the
hill look like steep cliffs with arch like stonewalls , wide enough
to dive to another side of the wall.

Depth level : Around 6-22 meters
Light shining through level : : Around 3-18 meters This coral line is suitable for both Snorkeling and Scuba diving. The best time to visit Hin Lak Ngam underwater park is around end
of April until November (Southwest monsoon season in Andaman coast)

Along the underwater walls and arches are decorated by corallines
and colorful sea flowers.
In some corners, we can find giant clams
open mouth showing their beautiful purple inside body. Big groves of
black corallines weave their branches along the water tide. Thousands
of small size, silver color fish swim all over the area glittering
their silver color like sparking gemstones
